Examples of Public Service Award in a sentence

  • Employees hired after April 1, 2015, whether or not they have previous service, shall not be entitled to a Public Service Award.

  • The salary which shall be used to calculate the amount of the Public Service Award in accordance with this Article shall be the salary which the employee was receiving on the date of the termination of his/her employment or the salary used in the calculation of a pension under the Public Service Superannuation Act, whichever is greater.

  • Where the person to whom a Public Service Award is payable has not attained the age of nineteen (19) years or in the opinion of the Governor in Council, is not capable of managing his/her affairs by reason of infirmity, illness or other cause, the Public Service Award shall be paid to such person as the Governor in Council directs as trustee for the benefit of the person entitled to receive the Award.

  • Payment for the use of the employees vehicle under the circumstances set out in this paragraph shall be at the rate set out in column 1, "Over 2600 cc" for 'Rest of State' of Schedule F, Motor Vehicle Allowance of the Public Service Award 1992 as varied from time to time or any award made in substitution of that award.

  • Service Award means any Court ordered payment to Plaintiff for serving as Class Representative, which is in addition to any payment due to Plaintiff as a Settlement Class Member.

  • Service Awards means such funds as may be awarded by the Court to Plaintiffs to compensate them for their participation in the Action, as described in Section IV of this Agreement.

  • Plan Share Award means a right granted under this Plan to receive Plan Shares.

  • System for Award Management (SAM) database means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Nonemployee Director Award means any Award granted to a Nonemployee Director.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • 3(i) Award means an Award granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is a Non- Employee.

  • Nonemployee Director means a Director who is not an Employee.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Share Award means an Award of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10.

  • Performance Unit Award means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, a cash payment shall be made to the Holder, based on the number of Units awarded to the Holder.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Company Stock Option Plan means each share option plan, share award plan, share appreciation right plan, phantom share plan, share option, other equity or equity-based compensation plan, equity or other equity based award to any employee, whether payable in cash, shares or otherwise (to the extent not issued pursuant to any of the foregoing plans), or other plan or contract of any nature with any employee pursuant to which any share, option, warrant or other right to purchase or acquire shares of the Company or right to payment based on the value of Company shares has been granted or otherwise issued.

  • Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.

  • This Plan means, in a COB provision, the part of the contract providing the health care benefits to which the COB provision applies and which may be reduced because of the benefits of other plans. Any other part of the contract providing health care benefits is separate from this plan. A contract may apply one COB provision to certain benefits, such as dental benefits, coordinating only with similar benefits, and may apply another COB provision to coordinate other benefits.

  • Performance Unit Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Performance Unit Award.

  • Other Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Stock Award grant. Each Other Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 7(c).
