Public Service Award definition

Public Service Award means the Public Service Award 1992 issued by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission as amended from time to time.

Examples of Public Service Award in a sentence

  • The allowances prescribed in this clause shall be varied in accordance with any movement in the corresponding allowances in the Public Service Award 1992.

  • The extent to which a council member can be reimbursed for intrastate or interstate travel and accommodation costs incurred in any of the circumstances referred to in regulation 32(1) of the LG Regulations is at the same rate applicable to the reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs in the same or similar circumstances under the Public Service Award 1992 issued by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission as at the date of this determination.

  • This allowance will be the amount identified in the Public Service Award as is specified in legislation.

  • Where the person to whom a Public Service Award is payable has not attained the age of nineteen (19) years or in the opinion of the Governor in Council, is not capable of managing their affairs by reason of infirmity, illness or other cause, the Public Service Award shall be paid to such person as the Governor in Council directs as trustee for the benefit of the person entitled to receive the Award.

  • This allowance is payable in lieu of payment for overtime worked pursuant to clause 22 – Overtime Allowance of the Public Service Award 1992.

  • The allowances in this clause shall be updated by award variation in accordance with any movement in the allowances in the Public Service Award 1992, No. PSA A4 of 1989 but shall not have retrospective effect beyond the date of application.

  • Service Award means any Court ordered payment to Plaintiff for serving as Class Representative, which is in addition to any payment due to Plaintiff as a Settlement Class Member.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • 3(i) Award means an Award granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is a Non- Employee.

  • Nonemployee Director means a Director who is not an Employee.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Share Award means an Award of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10.

  • Performance Unit Award means an award of Performance Units under this Plan.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Company Stock Option Plan means the Company's 1999 Stock Option Plan.

  • Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.

  • This Plan means, in a COB provision, the part of the contract providing the health care benefits to which the COB provision applies and which may be reduced because of the benefits of other plans. Any other part of the contract providing health care benefits is separate from this plan. A contract may apply one COB provision to certain benefits, such as dental benefits, coordinating only with similar benefits, and may apply another COB provision to coordinate other benefits.

  • Other Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Stock Award grant. Each Other Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 7(c).

  • Long-Term Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period in excess of one year.
