Publicity Guidelines definition

Publicity Guidelines has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 3.46 of this Agreement; “RBI” means the Reserve Bank of India;
Publicity Guidelines means the publicity guidelines, in the agreed form, prepared by the Company’s Counsel in connection with the Offer;
Publicity Guidelines has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 8.1 of this Agreement;

Publicity Guidelines means the Victorian Government Acknowledgement and Publicity Guidelines. Record means any document within the meaning of the Evidence Act 2008 (Vic), including:

  • Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

The provision of such services by Xxxxxxx Science shall be subject to Xxxxxxx 2 [v.122016] Science’s prevailing terms and rates relating to such type of optional support.

  • Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines adopted by the Board, as amended from time to time, pursuant to which the Adviser has discretion to acquire and dispose of Investments for the Company without the prior approval of the Board.
