The BRLMs reserve the right to refuse to approve any such document or announcement and to require prevention of its distribution or publication if, post consultation with the other Parties, such document or announcement is incomplete or misleading in any way in accordance with the requirements of the Publicity Memorandum and/or Applicable Law.
The Service Provider hereby acknowledges that they are aware and well versed with the requirements specified under Regulation 83 and Schedule IX (as set out in Annexure A) along with other applicable provisions of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and other provisions of Applicable Laws as stated in the Publicity Memorandum.
