Publicity Memorandum definition

Publicity Memorandum has the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 9.1.
Publicity Memorandum means the memorandum setting out the guidelines and restrictions on publicity, prepared by the legal counsels and provided to the Company in connection with the Offer, as set out in Schedule V of this Agreement.

Publicity Memorandum has the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 7.1.
