Pull Ahead Program definition

Pull Ahead Program means any program instituted by the Servicer or an Affiliate thereof pursuant to which a Lessee shall be permitted to terminate its Lease Agreement prior to the related Maturity Date without payment by the Lessee of all or a portion of the remaining Monthly Payments due in accordance with the terms of the related Lease Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no Successor Servicer shall be obligated to maintain a Pull Ahead Program.

  • Consistent with the foregoing, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement (including Section 4.04 of this Agreement) or any other COLT 200_-__ Basic Document, General Motors Corporation shall have no right (and the Servicer will not allow General Motors Corporation) to waive, extend or modify any provision of any Series 200_-__ Lease whether in connection with a Pull Ahead Program or otherwise.

Related to Pull Ahead Program

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.
