Purchase Forecast definition

Purchase Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Purchase Forecast means a written forecast which estimates, in accordance with Section 3.1 of this Agreement, the amount of each Product Marketer shall purchase from Manufacturer.
Purchase Forecast means the Purchase Forecast as defined in Section 4.1.

Examples of Purchase Forecast in a sentence

  • GM will, not later than: (i) forty-five (45) days after receipt of the Annual Production Forecast (with respect to the Stub Period); or (ii) August 31 of each year of the Phase One Term, notify Supplier of the quantity of Product which GM Buyers will purchase in each quarter of the Stub Period or the subsequent [Redacted] calendar years, as applicable (the "Annual Purchase Forecast").

  • Any shortfall in a Shipping Schedule shall not reduce the binding annual quantity of Product set forth in an Annual Production Forecast and Annual Purchase Forecast, and any such shortfall in one Quarter shall be made up by Supplier in a subsequent Quarter.

  • Corium may utilize the Purchase Forecast to purchase material so ordered in good faith in sufficient volumes reasonably required to meet production requirements for the Product during all or part of the forecasted period or any longer forecasted period that the parties may agree to.

  • The shipping schedule will identify each relevant GM Buyer based on the prior Quarter's Buyer Quarterly Purchase Forecast provided by GM under Section 2.6 ("Shipping Schedule").

  • Following the Launch Date, Agile shall place firm Purchase Orders for each quarter’s Product requirements in accordance with the current Purchase Forecast, which Purchase Orders shall be placed [*] in advance of the first required ship date for such quarter’s Product requirements.

  • Each Purchase Order shall specify quantities consistent with quantities forecasted on the applicable Purchase Forecast.

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Advance shipment notice means an electronic notification used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as passive radio frequency dentification (RFID) or item unique identification (IUID) information, order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice Qwest provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by Qwest for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Product Specifications means those product, labeling and performance specifications for the Product filed with and approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority, including Product formulae, labeling, and materials required for the manufacture of the Product that is to be purchased and supplied under this Agreement, as such are set forth on Schedule 1.25, which specifications may be amended by the Parties from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
