Purchase Order Terms and Conditions means these Purchase Order terms and conditions.

• Seller agrees to provide to Advanced Mobility & Shelter Technologies, LLC d/b/a AMST, for itself and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to individually and collectively as “Buyer”) the services (“Services”) and/or goods (“Goods”, together with Services, the “Deliverables”), described in any properly issued and accepted purchase order between Buyer and Seller (“Purchase Order”), in accordance with Buyer’s General Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “Buyer’s T&C”).

• This electronic or written purchase order (“Purchase Order”) is comprised of the face of the Purchase Order, these Savanna Drilling LLC Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services - US (“Terms”) and such other documents incorporated by reference on the face of the Purchase Order by Savanna Drilling LLC (“Savanna”).

• This Purchase Order constitutes Audiokinetic’s offer to Provider and shall become a binding contract subject to these Purchase Order Terms and Conditions upon acceptance by Provider’s (i) acknowledgment, or (ii) delivery of the goods or performance of the services covered hereby, either in whole or in part.

• UA will have no obligation to accept or pay for any unordered Products or Products shipped that do not conform to, or comply with, the terms and conditions of the UA Purchase Order or the terms and conditions of any agreement to which these UA Purchase Order Terms and Conditions apply, including but not limited to shipping and routing instructions and dates of shipment and delivery.
