Purchased Obligations definition

Purchased Obligations means all of the obligations under the Credit Documentation expressly assumed or to be assumed by the Buyer from the Settlement Date in accordance with the provisions of the Transaction Documentation including without limitation the obligations of the Seller with respect to the Traded Portion but excluding the Retained Obligations.”
Purchased Obligations means the outstanding balance of the Obligations which Cantor Xxxxxxxxxx Securities, as the Initial Lender, acquired from the Original Lender pursuant to the Assumption and Assignment Agreement (and that was subsequently assigned to the other First Amended and Restated Effective Date Lenders pursuant to the Closing Date Assignments), which consist of outstanding loans in the original principal amount of $2,593,446.34 plus accrued, but unpaid interest not yet due and payable by the Borrower in the amount of $6,688.57 plus other amounts due and owing under the Original Credit Agreement in the amount of $48,489.54.

  • Excluded Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

  • L/C Obligations means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate amount available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit plus the aggregate of all Unreimbursed Amounts, including all L/C Borrowings. For purposes of computing the amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. For all purposes of this Agreement, if on any date of determination a Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the ISP, such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn.

  • Junior Obligations means the Junior Obligations of the Guarantor and the Junior Obligations of the Issuer;

  • Note Obligations means the Notes, the Guarantees and all other obligations of any obligor under this Indenture, the Notes, the Guarantees and the Security Documents.
