Purchaser Group Company definition

Purchaser Group Company means, Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries.

Purchaser Group Company means the Purchaser or any subsidiary undertaking of the Purchaser from time to time, including from Completion, the Group;

• Neither any Purchaser Group Company nor, to the Purchaser’s knowledge and as of the date hereof, any other party thereto, is in breach or violation of, or default under, any Purchaser Material Contract and no event has occurred or not occurred through any Purchaser Group Company’s or, to the Purchaser’s knowledge, the action or inaction of any Third Party, that with notice or lapse of time or both would constitute a breach or violation of, or default under, any Purchaser Material Contract.
