Purchaser Stock Option Plan definition

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the Scorpio Mining Corporation Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan, dated as of January 30, 2015;

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the TrustWave Holdings, Inc. Stock Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.

Purchaser Stock Option Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.

• In addition, as of the close of business on the date of this Agreement, there were an aggregate of 536,000 Purchaser Shares issuable upon the exercise, conversion or vesting of 536,000 Purchaser Options issued under the Purchaser Stock Option Plan.

• No rights shall vest or further options shall be granted pursuant to the Purchaser Stock Option Plan as a result of the consummation of this Agreement or the Transactions.

More Definitions of Purchaser Stock Option Plan

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the stock option plan of the Purchaser which was adopted by the directors of the Purchaser on September 6, 2018;

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the Second Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan of Purchaser, as amended.

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the amended and restated incentive stock option plan of the Purchaser effective June 13, 2013.

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the Ispat International N.V. Global Stock Option Plan, dated September 15, 1999, as amended.

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the Purchaser’s option plan dated June 30, 2011.

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means any Purchaser stock option plan.

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the stock option and incentive plan to be adopted by the board of directors of Purchaser, as amended from time to time.
