Purchasing Documents definition

Purchasing Documents means the set of documents that, jointly, may govern the relationship between the Parties, be it a PO; a Scheduling Agreement; a Release Schedule, etc.
Purchasing Documents means the Agreement, this Rider, and all other present or future agreements entered into between Client and Purchaser in connection with the Agreement.
Purchasing Documents means all documents used to solicit bids and purchase products, including but not limited to: invitations for bids, requests for proposals, requests for quotations, and purchase orders.

  • Purchaser is entering into this Agreement and the Loan Purchasing Documents as agent for one or more principals.

Related to Purchasing Documents

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.
