Purdue Personnel definition

Purdue Personnel means the following individuals if they use Purdue resources and are subject to Purdue intellectual property policies (including any prior or future iteration of such policies): Xxxx. Xxxxxx X. Low; Purdue fellows, students, technicians, scientists or other personnel employed by or otherwise affiliated with Purdue and working under the supervision or direction of Xxxx. Xxxxxx X. Low.
Purdue Personnel means the Principal Investigator, and Purdue fellows, students, technicians, scientists, and other Purdue employees working on the Project. Purdue will not allow anyone to work on the Project other than Purdue Personnel. The Purdue Personnel as of the Effective Date are listed on Exhibit C attached hereto, which Exhibit may be updated from time to time upon the mutual agreement of Company and the Principal Investigator.
Purdue Personnel means the Principal Investigator and Purdue fellows, students, technicians, scientists and other individuals working under the supervision or direction of the Principal Investigator on the Project.

Examples of Purdue Personnel in a sentence

  • Performance, energy usage and economics will be analyzed to determine which materials and fabrication process can be successfully implemented by the project’s industrial partners.

  • Company shall not advertise or otherwise state or imply that Purdue University, Purdue Research Foundation or any Purdue Personnel have tested or approved any product or process.

  • Purdue Personnel shall refrain from publication or other disclosure to any third-party of any IDENTIFYSENSORS confidential information, except as specifically directed or authorized by IDENTIFYSENSORS.

  • Purdue and PRF each hereby confirms for the Company that (i) each Purdue Personnel, before working on any Project, has a then-current obligation to assign all of his or her right, title and interest in and to any and all Project IP to PRF upon conception or development of same, and (ii) no one from Purdue will work on any Project unless such person qualifies as a “Purdue Personnel”.

  • Sponsor shall not under any circumstances advertise or otherwise state or imply that Purdue, PRF or Purdue Personnel has tested or approved any product or process.

  • Visiting Scholars will follow the directions and instructions of Purdue Personnel with respect to the Equipment, Facility and Safety.

  • Principal Investigator will keep Company apprised of the Project activities conducted by Purdue Personnel.

  • Purdue Personnel will make themselves available for status meetings as and when requested by IDENTIFYSENSORS; provided, however, that these meetings may be held through electronic means of communication when so requested by either Party.

  • Though, if the Parties desire to modify the principal investigator(s) or Purdue Personnel or COMPANY Personnel, or extend the term of the Project for [***], an email between the parties agreeing to the modification is sufficient and does not require a mutually executed amendment.

  • A copy of any proposed publication or presentation by Purdue Personnel that reports any aspect of the Project (hereinafter called “Manuscript”) will be submitted to Sponsor and PRF by the Principal Investigator at least [***] ([***]) [***] in advance of submission for publication or presentation.

Related to Purdue Personnel

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Trustee Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Trustee who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Trustee under this Agreement.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).
