Payments of interest other than in respect of matured Coupons shall be made only against presentation of the relevant Notes at the Specified Office of the Paying Agent outside the United States.
On or after the Notes Payment Date of the final Coupon which is (or was at the time of issue) part of a coupon sheet, the Talon forming part of such coupon sheet may be exchanged at the Specified Office of the Paying Agent for a further coupon sheet (including a further Talon but excluding any Coupons in respect of which claims have already become void pursuant to Condition 17 (Prescription)).

If any Note or Coupon is lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed, it may be replaced at the Specified Office of the Paying Agent, subject to all applicable laws and Euronext Amsterdam requirements, upon payment by the claimant of the expenses incurred in connection with such replacement and on such terms as to evidence, security, indemnity and otherwise as the Issuer may reasonably require.
Copies of the relevant Pricing Supplement are available during normal business hours at the Specified Office of the Paying Agent.
