QIB Category definition

QIB Category means, the portion of the Offer, being not more than 50% of the Offer to be Allotted to QIBs on a proportionate basis, including the Anchor Investor Portion (in which allocation shall be on a discretionary basis, as determined by the Company (acting through the IPO Committee), in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers, subject to valid Bids having been received at or above the Offer Price);
QIB Category or “QIB Portion” means portion of the Offer (including the Anchor Investor Portion) being not more than 50% of the Offer which shall be available for allocation to QIBs (including Anchor Investors in which allocation shall be on a discretionary basis, as determined by the Company and the Investor Selling Shareholders, in consultation with the BRLMs), subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price or the Anchor Investor Offer Price, as applicable
QIB Category means the portion of the Net Offer (including the Anchor Investor Portion) being not more than 50% of the Net Offer, or such number of Equity Shares, available for allocation to QIBs (including Anchor Investors) on a proportionate basis (in which allocation to Anchor Investors shall be on a discretionary basis, as determined by the Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholders, in consultation with the Lead Managers, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price);

Examples of QIB Category in a sentence

  • Bids received from QIBs Bidding in the QIB Category (net of Anchor Portion) at or above the Offer Price may be grouped together to determine the total demand under this category.

  • The QIB Category may be available for Allotment to QIBs who have Bid at a price that is equal to or greater than the Offer Price.

  • Bids received from QIBs Bidding in the QIB Category (net of Anchor Portion) at or above the Issue Price may be grouped together to determine the total demand under this category.

  • The QIB Category may be available for Allotment to QIBs who have Bid at a price that is equal to or greater than the Issue Price.

  • The QIB Category may be available for allotment to QIBs who have Bid at a price that is equal to or greater than the Issue Price.

  • The Issue is being made pursuant to Regulation 26(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulation, wherein not more than 50% of the Issue shall be available for allocation, on a proportionate basis, to QIBs. Our Company will in consultation with the BRLM, allocate up to 60% of the QIB Category to Anchor Investors on a discretionary basis.

  • The associates of the Lead Manager, if any, may subscribe the Equity Shares in the Offer, either in the Net QIB Category or in the Non-Institutional Category as may be applicable to such Bidders, where the allocation is on a proportionate basis and such subscription may be on their own account or on behalf of their clients.

Related to QIB Category

  • eligible Categories means Categories (1) through (4) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Category 1 means medical education activities that have been designated as Category 1 by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), a state medical society, or an equivalent organization.

  • Category means a category set forth in the table in Section IV of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
