QIB Portion definition

QIB Portion means the portion of the Offer (including Anchor Investor Potion) being not more than 50% of the Offer, which shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to QIBs (including Anchor Investors), subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price or the Anchor Investor Offer Price, as applicable.
QIB Portion means the portion of the Offer (including the Anchor Investor Portion) being not more than 50% of the Net Offer which shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to QIBs (including Anchor Investors in which allocation shall be on a discretionary basis, as determined in compliance with ICDR Regulations), subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Offer Price or Anchor Investor Offer Price, as applicable;
QIB Portion has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Offer Documents.
