Qlik Cloud definition

Qlik Cloud means a subscription-based, SaaS solution provided and managed by Qlik under this Agreement.
Qlik Cloud means a subscription-based, hosted solution provided and managed by Qlik under an Agreement.

  • All Content used by or within Qlik Cloud Services may be stored on servers located in various regions, including the EU, and Customer may select (where available) the region in which its Content resides.

  • Any other open source software leveraging and extending a Qlik Cloud Offering (an “Extension”) and released by Qlik on various online communities is supported solely by the open source community.

  • Qlik shall have the right, on its own or through its designated agent or third-party accounting firm, to conduct an audit of Customer’s use and deployment of the Qlik Products and monitor use of Qlik Cloud Services, in order to verify compliance with this Agreement.

  • Support for Software will be provided by Qlik in accordance with Qlik’s Support Policy, and for Qlik Cloud Services in accordance with Qlik’s Service Level Agreement (both available at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxx) for Customer’s subscription period.

  • Qlik may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, suspend Customer’s access to Qlik Cloud at any time if: (i) required by applicable law, including Export Control Laws, (ii) Customer or any Authorized User is in violation of the terms of this Agreement or the Qlik Acceptable Use Policy, or (iii) Customer’s use disrupts the integrity or operation of Qlik Cloud or interferes with the use by others.

Related to Qlik Cloud

  • IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency.

  • PT means Pacific Time.

  • MERC means the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission.

  • ESMP means an environmental and social management plan (including any pest management plan), acceptable to the Association and consistent with the ESMF, adopted for the purposes of a Micro-project, and giving details of the magnitude of the environmental impacts, as well as the specific actions, measures and policies designed to facilitate the achievement of the objective of the ESMF under the Micro-project, including the budget and cost estimates, and sources of funding, along with the institutional and procedural measures needed to implement such actions, measures and policies, as such ESMP may be amended form time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.

  • SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission.

  • Crop Tree means the largest undamaged conifer trees with good form and free of disease.
