Qlik Cloud definition

Qlik Cloud means any subscription-based, SaaS solution provided and managed by Qlik or its affiliate.
Qlik Cloud means a subscription-based, SaaS solution provided and managed by Qlik under this SaaS Addendum.

Examples of Qlik Cloud in a sentence

  • All Content used by or within Qlik Cloud may be stored on servers located in various regions, including the EU, and Customer may select (where available) the region in which its Content resides.

  • Qlik may, without limiting its other rights and remedies, suspend Customer’s access to Qlik Cloud at any time if: (i) required by applicable law, including Export Control Laws, (ii) Customer or any Authorized User is in violation of the terms of this Agreement or the Qlik Acceptable Use Policy, or (iii) Customer’s use disrupts the integrity or operation of Qlik Cloud or interferes with the use by others.

  • Qlik will use commercially reasonable, industry standard security measures in providing Qlik Cloud and will comply with such data security regulations applicable to Qlik Cloud.

  • Any other open source software leveraging and extending a Qlik Cloud Offering (an “Extension”) and released by Qlik on various online communities is supported solely by the open source community.

  • The terms in this Section III apply exclusively to the access and use of Qlik Cloud by Customer.

  • Qlik warrants that Qlik Cloud will perform substantially in accordance with the applicable Documentation when used as authorized under this Agreement.

  • If Qlik does correct any of the Errors described in subsections (a)-(e) above, or otherwise provides support for a Qlik Cloud Services Offering that is not covered by the terms and conditions contained in this Policy, such Error resolution or support will be provided only following Customer’s written request and approval of all charges, and Customer will be invoiced for such support at Qlik’s then-current “time and materials” rates for such services.

  • Qlik Cloud is hosted and delivered from a data center operated by a third-party provider, which is solely responsible for the underlying infrastructure and hosting of Qlik Cloud.

  • If Customer does not already have a Qlik Cloud tenant (“Customer Tenant”), then upon Customer’s request, Qlik shall provide Blended Learning Course participants with access to a limited term tenant on Qlik Cloud (“Training Tenant”).

  • The terms in this Section III apply exclusively to the access and use of Qlik Cloud Services by Customer.


More Definitions of Qlik Cloud

Qlik Cloud means a subscription-based, SaaS offering provided and managed by Qlik or its affiliate. For purposes of this Security Addendum, Qlik Cloud does not include (i) products branded as Stitch, (ii) products branded as Talend, or (iii) the following features of Qlik Talend Cloud: Studio App Integration, Studio Data Integration, Studio Big Data, Studio Data Mapper, Data Preparation, Studio Data Quality, Data Quality Validity, Data Stewardship, Remote Engines, Cloud Engines, Dynamic Engines, Studio API Integration, API Designer, API Tester, and Talend Management Console ((i)- (iii) collectively referred to as “Talend Cloud”).
Qlik Cloud means any subscription-based, SaaS solution provided and managed by Qlik or its affiliates under this SaaS Addendum.
