SaaS Offering definition

SaaS Offering means the online version of the ConnectWise software and/or type of online service defined in the Schedule and made available to Authorized Users via the Internet.

SaaS Offering means Xxxxxx’s provision of the Software under a Subscription License and as a hosted service under this Agreement.

• During any Service Term, we shall implement a security program for the applicable Silverline SaaS Offering that is designed to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) or any similar industry security standard.

SaaS Offering means the access to and use of the Software and Documentation as hosted by Us and provided as a software-as-a-service offering via the cloud internet.

SaaS Offering means Ivanti’s provision of the Software under a Subscription License and as a hosted service under this Agreement.
