Approved course means a course that has been approved by the department for the training of lead professionals.
Qualified county means a county that contains a qualified city.
Specified Courts is defined in Section 6.9.
Qualified Counterparty with respect to any Specified Hedge Agreement, any counterparty thereto that, at the time such Specified Hedge Agreement was entered into, was a Lender or an affiliate of a Lender.
Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule II attached hereto and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Funds has given settlement instructions to The Bank of New York as custodian (the “Custodian”) under its Custody Agreement with the Funds.
Qualified Contract A Contract that qualifies under the Code as an individual retirement annuity (“IRA”) or a Contract purchased under a Qualified Plan that qualifies for special tax treatment under the Code. Required Coupon With respect to the Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2, 6.00% per annum.

Qualified Correspondent Any Person from which the Seller purchased Mortgage Loans, provided that the following conditions are satisfied: (i) such Mortgage Loans were originated pursuant to an agreement between the Seller and such Person that contemplated that such Person would underwrite mortgage loans from time to time, for sale to the Seller, in accordance with underwriting guidelines designated by the Seller ("Designated Guidelines") or guidelines that do not vary materially from such Designated Guidelines; (ii) such Mortgage Loans were in fact underwritten as described in clause (i) above and were acquired by the Seller within 180 days after origination; (iii) either (x) the Designated Guidelines were, at the time such Mortgage Loans were originated, used by the Seller in origination of mortgage loans of the same type as the Mortgage Loans for the Seller's own account or (y) the Designated Guidelines were, at the time such Mortgage Loans were underwritten, designated by the Seller on a consistent basis for use by lenders in originating mortgage loans to be purchased by the Seller; and (iv) the Seller employed, at the time such Mortgage Loans were acquired by the Seller, pre-purchase or post-purchase quality assurance procedures (which may involve, among other things, review of a sample of mortgage loans purchased during a particular time period or through particular channels) designed to ensure that Persons from which it purchased mortgage loans properly applied the underwriting criteria designated by the Seller.
Qualified city means a city that has incorporated an authority under the municipal lighting authority act, 2012 PA 392, MCL 123.1261 to 123.1295.

Qualified Costs means an electric utility's regulatory assets as determined by the commission, adjusted by the applicable portion of related investment tax credits, plus any costs that the commission determines that the electric utility would be unlikely to collect in a competitive market, including, but not limited to, retail open access implementation costs and the costs of a commission approved restructuring, buyout or buy-down of a power purchase contract, together with the costs of issuing, supporting, and servicing securitization bonds and any costs of retiring and refunding the electric utility's existing debt and equity securities in connection with the issuance of securitization bonds. Qualified costs include taxes related to the recovery of securitization charges.
Restricted Country means a country, territory or jurisdiction outside of the European Economic Area which the EU Commission has not deemed to provide adequate protection in accordance with Article 25(6) of the DP Directive and/ or Article 45
Ordinary Course Professionals Order means any order of the Bankruptcy Court permitting the Debtors to retain certain professionals in the ordinary course of their businesses.
Permitted Country means any country listed on Schedule 4 to the Participation Agreement.
Approved Counterparty means (a) any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender and (b) any other Person whose long term senior unsecured debt rating is A-/A3 by S&P or Xxxxx’x (or their equivalent) or higher.
Restricted Countries shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 26.5.3 (Protection of Personal Data);
qualifying course means a qualifying course as defined for the purposes of Parts 2 and 4 of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996;
specified company means a company as referred to in clause (h) of section 2 of the Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2002.
Core Course means a course that a student admitted to a particular programme must successfully complete to receive the degree and which cannot be substituted by any other course.
Excluded Country means one of the following countries from which Non-Medical Emergency Evacuations are not available such as Afghanistan Chechnya Democratic Republic of the Congo Iran Iraq Israel West Bank Israel Gaza Strip Ivory Coast Lebanon Libya North Korea Somalia Sudan Syria or any country subject to the administration and enforcement of U.S. economic embargoes and trade sanctions by the OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSET CONTROLS (OFAC);
Certified counselor means an individual who is certified by a training program or certifying organization, approved by the director, that authenticates the competence of individuals who provide education and assistance to other individuals in connection with debt counseling and financial counseling functions.
Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.
