Qualified retired law enforcement officer definition

Qualified retired law enforcement officer means an individual who:
Qualified retired law enforcement officer means as defined in § 1441B(c) of this title.
Qualified retired law enforcement officer means any retired law enforcement officer as defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 926C(c) who at the time of his retirement was certified as a law enforcement officer in this State and who was trained and qualified to carry firearms in the performance of his duties.

Qualified retired law enforcement officer means a Law Enforcement Officer who is an active member of the FOP and (1) Retired from service in good standing from a federal, state or local government law enforcement agency or from a law enforcement entity operated by a private college/university, private railroad or Native American tribal government as a Law Enforcement Officer; (2) before such separation, was authorized by law to engage in or supervise the prevention, detection, investigation, or prosecution of, or the incarceration of any person for, any violation of law, or had statutory powers of arrest or apprehension; (3) before such separation, served as a law enforcement officer of any federal, state or local government law enforcement agency for an aggregate of 10 years or more; or separated from service by a federal, state or local government law enforcement agency after completing any applicable probationary period of such service due to a service-connected disability; (4) has met, at the expense of the individual, the standards for qualification in firearms training for retired Law Enforcement Officers, as determined by the former agency of the individual or the state in which the individual resides; or, if the state has not established such standards, either a law enforcement agency within the state in which the individual resides or the standards used by a certified firearms instructor qualified to conduct a firearms qualification test for active duty Law Enforcement Officers within that state; (5) has not been found by a qualified medical professional employed by the Agency to be unqualified for reasons relating to mental health or has not entered into an agreement with the agency from which the individual is separating from service in which that individual acknowledges he or she is not qualified under this section for reasons relating to mental health; (6) at the time of the incident was not under the influence of alcohol or another intoxicating or hallucinatory drug or substance; and
Qualified retired law enforcement officer means that term as defined in 18 USC 926C(c).
Qualified retired law enforcement officer means an RSA retired member who has received and passed annually any firearms training required by the Riverside Sheriff s Department and is not prohibited by state or federal law from carrying a firearm;
Qualified retired law enforcement officer means a former law enforcement officer who meets all the requirements of 18 United States Code section 926C and state law to participate in the State of Hawaii firearm certification program.
Qualified retired law enforcement officer means a person who:
Qualified retired law enforcement officer means an individual who-separated from service in good standing with a public agency as a law enforcement officer; andbefore such separation, was authorized by law to engage in or supervise the prevention, detection, investigation, or prosecution of, or the incarceration of any person for, any violation of law, and had statutory powers of arrest; andbefore such separation, served as a law enforcement officer for an aggregate of 10 years or more; orseparated from service with such agency, after completing any applicable probationary period of such service, due to a service-connected disability, as determined by such agency; andhas not been officially found by a qualified medical professional employed by the agency to be unqualified for reasons relating to mental heath; orhas not entered into an agreement with the agency from which the individual is separating from service in which that individual acknowledges he or she is not qualified under this section for reasons relating to mental health; andis not under the influence of alcohol or another intoxicating or hallucinatory drug or substance; andis not prohibited by Federal law from receiving a firearm.
