Qualified Secured Debt Documents means any Qualified Debt Documents evidencing or governing any Qualified Secured Debt, and also shall include all pledge agreements, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, collateral documents and other documents, agreements or instruments from time to time creating (or purporting to create) Liens on any assets or properties of any Credit Party or any of their respective Subsidiaries to secure any obligations under any Qualified Secured Debt Documents.

Permitted Pari Passu Secured Refinancing Debt will include any Registered Equivalent Notes issued in exchange therefor.
