Qualified Service Providers means a community-based, nonprofit service provider organization experienced in the provision of supportive housing and homeless services that has received extensive Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services or Department of Developmental Services training and is currently receiving funds from the state under contract in good standing.
