Eligible teacher means a teacher who has been employed with the District for at least twelve (12) months and has at least one thousand two hundred fifty hours (1,250) hours of service with the District during the twelve (12) months which precede the period of the requested leave. For purposes of determining hours of service for eligibility purposes, it is assumed that a full-time teacher meets or exceeds the standard of one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) hours per year.
Certified teacher means a person who is certified as a teacher

Qualified veteran means a person who meets the following requirements:
Qualified Termination has the meaning set forth in Section 4(b).
Qualified Nurse means a person who holds a valid registration from the Nursing Council of India or the Nursing Council of any state in India.
Qualified disabled veteran means a business entity that is 51% or more owned by one or more veterans with a service- connected disability.
Qualified GIC A guaranteed investment contract or surety bond providing for the investment of funds in the Custodial Account and insuring a minimum, fixed or floating rate of return on investments of such funds, which contract or surety bond shall:
Level I Status exists at any date if, as of the last day of the fiscal quarter of the Borrower referred to in the most recent Financials, the Leverage Ratio is less than 1.00 to 1.00.
Qualified wages means wages you paid during the one-year period beginning with the date an ex-offender begins working for you. Only wages that are subject to unemployment tax under IRC Section 3306 qualify. This includes amounts in excess of the maximum taxable wage. Wages paid during any period for which you received federally funded payments for on-the-job training for the ex-offender do not qualify.
Level VI Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status, Level IV Status or Level V Status.
Qualified Tenants means any tenants who have incomes of 60% or less of the area median gross income, as adjusted for family size, so as to make the Project eligible for LIHTC.
Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Eligible veteran means an individual who is certified by the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs as meeting all of the following conditions:
Level III Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status or Level II Status and (ii) the Borrower's Xxxxx'x Rating is Baa2 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB or better.
Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Qualified Tenant means a tenant (i) with income not exceeding that permitted by the Minimum Set-Aside Test who leases a Low-Income Apartment Unit in the Project under a lease having an original term of not less than 6 months at a rent which satisfies the Rent Restriction Test and (ii) complying with any other requirements imposed by the Project Documents.
B-BBEE status level of contributor means the B-BBEE status of an entity in terms of a code of good practice on black economic empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

Level V Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status or Level IV Status.
Qualified Transaction means (a) any sale or other transfer of, or any release of Liens relating to, any Accounts or any books or records relating thereto, so long as (i) the Borrower delivers to the Agent (A) at least five Business Days prior to the proposed closing date of such transaction, a draft Borrowing Base Certificate prepared on a pro forma basis after giving effect to such transaction and (B) on the closing date of such transaction, a final Borrowing Base Certificate prepared on a pro forma basis after giving effect to such transaction and (ii) if the aggregate Credit Exposures of all Lenders exceeds the Borrowing Base in effect on the closing date of such transaction after giving effect thereto, the Borrower prepays Loans and pays cash to the Agent as required by Section 2.10(c) or (b) any other sale or other transfer of, or any other release of Liens relating to, any Accounts or any books or records relating thereto, so long as (i) the aggregate consideration received with respect to the transaction pursuant to which such Accounts are sold or otherwise transferred does not exceed $10,000,000 and (ii) the aggregate book value of Eligible Accounts sold or otherwise transferred pursuant to such transaction does not exceed $1,000,000; provided that no Accounts sold or transferred pursuant to the foregoing clause (a) or (b) shall be used in any securitization, factoring or similar financing program of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Qualified actuary means a member in good standing of the American Academy of Actuaries.
