Examples of Qualifying purchaser in a sentence
At closing, Owner shall convey the Property to the Qualifying Purchaser by Grant Deed.
If no such contract for Sale to a Qualifying Purchaser has been executed after one hundred and fifty (150) days, City has thirty (30) days to exercise the Purchase Option or identify a Purchase Option Assignee under Section 8.
If the City acquires the Property instead of transferring it to a Purchase Option Assignee, the City shall transfer the Property to a Qualifying Purchaser.
Prior to or after exercise of the Purchase Option, City may assign the Purchase Option to a governmental agency, non-profit organization, or a Qualifying Purchaser (“Purchase Option Assignee”), which shall be subject to this Declaration.
Closing of the purchase and sale shall occur in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 (except City will be deemed to be the Qualifying Purchaser) within one hundred and twenty (120) days after exercise of the Purchase Option.
