Discounts and Incentives a. Bargaining unit members shall be eligible to participate in and shall receive any benefits provided by any established Citywide Alternative Transportation Program. Effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, employees are eligible to participate in a pilot free parking program on a first come first serve basis on the rooftop level of the following parking lots: Xxx 0, Xxx 0, Xxx 00. x. Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx employees, and other employees regularly scheduled to work in the waterfront area, will be eligible to purchase an unlimited annual waterfront parking pass at the same rate as harbor slip holders. Beginning for calendar year 2014, the prior limited annual pass program was closed to new participants; thereafter, only employees who elected the limited pass in calendar year 2013 will be eligible for a limited pass. Waterfront employees who carpool (defined as 2 or more employees commuting to work together in a single vehicle) will be eligible for free carpool vehicle parking in designated spaces during working hours under terms similar to those offered to other City employees. c. The City will provide notice to new employees of employee discounts available for recreation programs and facility use.   • Cash and Incentive Compensation (a) All payments referenced in this Agreement are subject to applicable tax withholdings and authorized or required deductions.

  • Incentive Bonuses After the Company attains profitability, the Employee shall be eligible to be considered for an annual incentive bonus. Such bonus (if any) shall be awarded based on objective or subjective criteria established in advance by the Board or its Compensation Committee.   • Protective Payments If Borrower fails to obtain the insurance called for by Section 6.7 or fails to pay any premium thereon or fails to pay any other amount which Borrower is obligated to pay under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, Bank may obtain such insurance or make such payment, and all amounts so paid by Bank are Bank Expenses and immediately due and payable, bearing interest at the then highest rate applicable to the Obligations, and secured by the Collateral. Bank will make reasonable efforts to provide Borrower with notice of Bank obtaining such insurance at the time it is obtained or within a reasonable time thereafter.
