Qualifying Spouse means a person to whom a member is:

Qualifying Spouse means a spouse who is legally married to a City employee when the City employee becomes eligible for the retiree healthcare stipend. More Definitions of Qualifying Spouse

Qualifying Spouse is defined in Section 1.47 hereof.
