Qualifying Studio definition

Qualifying Studio means Sony Pictures Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox, Universal Studios, Metro-Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx, The Xxxx Disney Company and Warner Bros., and any of their respective affiliates licensing subscription video-on-demand rights or free video-on-demand in the Territory.
Qualifying Studio means The Xxxx Disney Company, Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, MGM/UA and Village Roadshow, and any of their respective subsidiaries.
