Qualifying Units definition

Qualifying Units means those below market-rate units in a Density Bonus Project that entitle the applicant to a density bonus pursuant to Government Code Section 65915.
Qualifying Units means (i) Units issued upon initial formation of the Partnership which have been continuously held by a Unitholder or by a member of the Unitholder’s Family at least until the record date for the removal vote and (ii) Units which have been held by a Unitholder or by a member of the Unitholder’s Family for a period of not less than five (5) years as of the record date for the removal vote.
Qualifying Units means (i) Units issued upon initial formation of the Partnership which have been continuously held by a Unitholder or by a member of the Unitholder's Family at least until the record date for the removal vote and (ii) Units which have been held by a Unitho1der or by a member of the Unitholder's Family for a period of not less than five (5) years as of the record date for the removal vote.

  • EXTREMELY LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS The maximum monthly rent (which includes the tenant-paid portion of the rent, the Utility Allowance, and rental assistance payment) charged by Developer for the zero (0) Qualifying Units occupied by Extremely Low-Income Households must be set at levels that are affordable to Extremely Low-Income Households and shall not exceed the thirty percent (30%) maximum-rent limits determined by HUD and published on an annual basis with adjustment for family size.

  • The maximum monthly rent (which includes the tenant paid portion of the rent, the Utility Allowance, and rental assistance payment) charged by Owner for zero (0) Qualifying Units occupied by Extremely Low Income Households must be set at levels that are affordable to Low-Moderate-Income Households and shall not exceed the thirty percent (30%) maximum rent limits determined by HUD and published on an annual basis with adjustment for family size.

  • All Qualifying Units set aside for Extremely Low Income Families must also satisfy 24 CFR §92.252.

More Definitions of Qualifying Units

Qualifying Units means Common Units (used herein as such term is defined in the Partnership Agreement of SXE) with an issue price equal to either (i) if the Common Units of SXE are listed on a national stock exchange, 93% of the volume weighted average price of such Common Units for the twenty (20) day period immediately preceding the Investment Date or (ii) if the Common Units of SXE are not listed on a national stock exchange, the fair market value of such Common Units as reasonably agreed by SXE and Southcross Holdings and which do not constitute Disqualified Capital Stock.
Qualifying Units means the sum of (i) the aggregate number of outstanding Class CO Units that are vested as of the applicable Determination Date, plus (ii) the aggregate number of outstanding Incentive Units that are Vested Units as of the applicable Determination Date. For avoidance of doubt, the Qualifying Units shall specifically exclude outstanding Class CG Units or outstanding Class CO Units or Incentive Units that are not vested as of the Determination Date and any Incentive Units that are then authorized under Section 3.2(a)(iii) of the Agreement but are not outstanding as of the applicable Determination Date.
Qualifying Units means MHP-Assisted units set aside under the provisions of this section for Eligible Individuals. These individuals may be single-person households or may reside with others. Qualifying Units must comply with the Home and Community-Based Settings Final Rule as set forth in 42 CFR Sections 441.301 and 441.710 and the Medi-Cal Statewide Transition Plan.
Qualifying Units. The term “Qualifying Units” means (a) limited liability company units issued by any of Renaissance Equity Holdings LLC, Gunki Holdings LLC, Berkshire Equity LLC or 50/53 JV LLC to the extent Exchangeable for shares of Common Stock and (b) units of equity interest issued by the Operating Partnership or any other entity controlled by the Operating Partnership that are Exchangeable for shares of Common Stock and that the Board of Directors has designated as Qualifying Units.
