Quality Standard definition

Quality Standard means Lexcel or SQM specified in your Contract for Signature or such other quality assurance standard approved by us from time to time;

• Any such alteration to any Quality Standard or Quality Standards shall require Approval (and the written consent of the Customer where the relevant Standard or Standards is/are included in DMP Schedule 2 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators) and shall be implemented within an agreed timescale.
