Quebec Only. Individual Customers who hold a joint Account in Quebec with a spouse, solely, may declare their respective ownership in the balance of the Account. If a Customer does not make a spousal declaration of ownership, the ownership in the balance of the Account will default to 50%. Individual joint Account holders can jointly make changes to their spousal declaration of ownership at any time while both Account holders are alive.
