Quotation Dealer definition

Quotation Dealer means a dealer in obligations of the type of Obligation(s) for which Quotations are to be obtained including each Quotation Dealer specified in these Credit Linked Conditions. If no Quotation Dealers are specified in these Credit Linked Conditions, the Calculation Agent shall select the Quotation Dealers. Upon a Quotation Dealer no longer being in existence (with no successors), or not being an active dealer in the obligations of the type for which Quotations are to be obtained, the Calculation Agent may substitute any other Quotation Dealer(s) for such Quotation Dealer(s).
Quotation Dealer means a dealer in obligations of the type for which Quotations are to be obtained, including each Quotation Dealer specified in the relevant Issue Terms selected by the Calculation Agent. Upon a Quotation Dealer no longer being in existence (with no successors), or not being an active dealer in the obligations of the type for which Quotations are to be obtained, the Calculation Agent may select any other Quotation Dealer(s) as a substitute.
Quotation Dealer means a dealer in obligations of the type of Obligation(s) for which Quotations are to be obtained other than Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch including each Quotation Dealer specified in the applicable Final Terms. If no Quotation Dealers are specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Calcu- lation Agent shall select the Quotation Dealers in its sole and absolute discretion. Upon a Quotation Dealer no longer being in existence (with no successors), or not being an active dealer in the obligations of the type for which Quotations are to be obtained, the Calculation Agent may substitute any other Quo- tation Dealer(s) for such Quotation Dealer(s).

  • Scrap metal dealer means a person or governmental unit that buys scrap metal and is not a first purchaser. The term includes, but is not limited to, a person, whether or not licensed under state law or local ordinance, that operates a business as a scrap metal recycler, scrap processor, secondhand and junk dealer, or other person that purchases any amount of scrap metal on a regular, sporadic, or 1-time basis.
