Raiffeisen Direkt definition

Raiffeisen Direkt or “RADIR” means the telephone customer service operated by the Bank.
Raiffeisen Direkt or “RADIR” means a telephone customer service operated by the Bank; before using Raiffeisen Direkt, the Customer is identified by the Bank on the basis of the Raiffeisen Direkt PIN code and Direkt ID upon login.

  • No orders given through the Bank’s other sales channels (e.g. Raiffeisen Direkt, DirektNet) will be accepted.

  • The fixing of deposits in the currencies indicated, and at the interest rates indicated, via Raiffeisen DirektNet or Raiffeisen Direkt is only possible through a one-off instruction.

  • The Bank operates a 24-hour telebanking service called Raiffeisen Direkt, which is accessible any day of the week for the Customer by means of a Direkt ID provided by the Bank and the code chosen by the Customer in the course of the activation of the service (“Direkt PIN”).

  • The range of operations and services that may be transacted and used via Raiffeisen Direkt, as well as the upper limit of orders that may be given this way and other terms and conditions of use are set forth in the agreement concluded between the Bank and the Customer.

  • Outgoing FCY payment orders to EU countries which are not given by EU standards are executed according to IBAN (International Bank Account Number).SEPA Credit transfer can be given only in EUR in the branches, at Raiffeisen Direkt or Raiffeisen DirektNet.

  • The Bank shall automatically disable the (additional) debit and credit cards issued for such authorised persons, as well as the identification codes and passwords providing access to the Customer’s bank account (including especially the codes and passwords connected to the Raiffeisen Direkt, Raiffeisen DirektNet and Raiffeisen Mobile Banking services).

  • It is a precondition for using the Raiffeisen DirektNet service that the Customer has Raiffeisen Direkt access.

  • The contractual relationship concerning the use of the Mobile Banking service shall be established for an unspecified period of time, and both and Customer and the Bank shall have the right to terminate the service with a notice to the other Party provided in writing or verbally (via Raiffeisen Direkt, after proper identification through the Customer’s Direkt PIN Code).

  • For the communication of complaints, all areas of the Bank physically open to Customers (e.g. branches), as well as all units of the Bank accessible on the phone or on the Internet (e.g. Raiffeisen Direkt, info@raiffeisen.hu) shall be regarded as customer service units.

  • If the Customer or the authorised party has a Direkt PIN Code enabling them to use Raiffeisen Direkt, the caller shall be identified by means of this Direkt PIN Code.

  • Fortis means Fortis Inc.;

  • Book Runner means the same as defined in the Public Offering Regulations, 2017;

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);

  • CSI Chase Securities Inc.

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Ag means silver.

  • EUWA means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended.

  • Co-ordinator means a person who is appointed to coordinate and lead a functional activity within the laboratory, such as Quality Coordinator, and any employee substantially employed as one of the aforementioned who may from time to time use different titles.

  • Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Becquerel (Bq) means the SI unit of activity. One becquerel is equal to 1 disintegration or transformation per second (dps or tps).

  • Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.

  • Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.

  • DAS means the State of Oregon acting through its Department of Administrative Services.

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners means Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Credit Partners L.P., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Xxxxxx Brothers Inc. and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated.

  • ABN AMRO means ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

  • Morgan Stanley Broker means a broker-dealer affiliated with Morgan Stanley.

  • Citibank means Citibank, N.A.

  • M2M Flowgate means Flowgates where constraints are jointly monitored and coordinated as defined and set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement.
