Rate and Fee Schedule definition

Rate and Fee Schedule means ATB Financial’s written statement of the interest rates and fees under this Agreement. ATB Financial may amend from time to time the Rate and Fee Schedule. A copy of the Rate and Fee Schedule will be provided with the Application and can also be obtained from any ATB Financial branch or at xxx.xxx
Rate and Fee Schedule means those rates, fees and charges set by the Town of Amherst Water Commission.
Rate and Fee Schedule means the effective rates, fees, rentals, charges, and rules, as set forth in this chapter.

  • If a Card is used in any country other than the United States, Company will: (a) be billed in U.S. Dollars; (b) receive reporting in English; and (c) pay the currency conversion fee as reflected in the Rate and Fee Schedule.

Related to Rate and Fee Schedule

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Rate Card means a document containing prices and descriptions for various advertisement placement options available from a service sector, which sets out the minimum and maximum price of a service.

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
