Related to Rate Limit

  • Aggregate Limit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Facility Limit means $100,000,000 as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.02(e). References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the sum of the Aggregate Capital plus the LC Participation Amount.

  • FX Rate means the “noon exchange rate” as reported by the Bank of Canada on any relevant date or if applicable, the rate calculated by the Calculation Agent, between the Canadian dollar and the foreign currencies into which some Reference Shares are denominated, expressed as the amount of Canadian dollars per one unit of foreign currency.

  • Daily Maximum Limit means the maximum allowable discharge of a pollutant during a calendar day. Expressed as units of mass, the daily discharge is cumulative mass discharged over the course of the day.   • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study.   • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity.   • Applicable Eurocurrency Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurocurrency Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.

  • LIBOR Rate Reserve Percentage means as of any day the maximum percentage in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency Liabilities”).

  • Borrowing Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(i).

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurocurrency Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurocurrency Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Revolving Loan Limit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment and (b) the Borrowing Base.

  • Rate Floor The minimum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note. Rating Agency: Initially, each of S&P and Xxxxx’x and thereafter, each nationally recognized statistical rating organization that has rated the Certificates at the request of the Company, or their respective successors in interest. Ratings: As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the applicable Rating Agencies.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin I 52.50 II 62.50 III 72.50 IV 82.50 V 92.50

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $30,000,000.

  • Overdraft Rate means the per annum rate of interest, regardless of compounding frequency, designated by the Financial Institution as its “Overdraft Rate” from time to time.

  • Eurodollar Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurodollar Rate for each outstanding Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.
