Rate of Interest I means 1.750 per cent. per annum.
Rate of Interest I means 4.00 per cent. per annum. "Rate of Interest II" means the Reference Rate plus 3.30 per cent. per annum (the "Margin").   • Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of this Note and that is either specified or calculated in accordance with the provisions hereon.

  • Notice of Interest Rate Election has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Default Interest Rate is two percent above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank PLC, as varied from time to time;

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.
