Rate Proceeding definition

Rate Proceeding means all regulatory proceedings relating to the Account Party and resulting from the NHPUC's adoption of the Final Plan, together with the Federal litigation commenced by the Account Party and certain of its Affiliates in response thereto.
Rate Proceeding means a pro- ceeding involving the determination and prescription of any rate or charge made or proposed to be made for any stockyard service furnished at a stock- yard by a stockyard owner or market agency, or a proceeding involving any rule, regulation or practice affecting any such rate or charge; and
Rate Proceeding means a proceeding conducted by BPA under section 7(i) of the Act to establish rates for the sale of power.

More Definitions of Rate Proceeding

Rate Proceeding means the hearings and other proceedings conducted by the Rate Board from the time the Water Department files proposed rates until the Rate Board issues a decision.
