More Definitions of Final Plan

Final Plan means the "Final Plan" implementing Chapter 374-F of the Revised Statutes Annotated of New Hampshire, adopted by the NHPUC on February 28, 1997, and any successor plan or proposal.
Final Plan means a final plan adopted under division (B) of section 128.08 of the Revised Code and, except as otherwise expressly provided, an amended final plan adopted under section 128.12 of the Revised Code.
Final Plan means the Final Plan of Remedial Action for the Site, as issued, approved, modified, or amended by DNREC in accordance with HSCA, the Regulations, and all applicable policies, procedures and guidances.
