If Borrower satisfies all of the conditions to Lender's obligation to make the Advance, then Borrower may submit to Lender, by facsimile transmission before 1:00 p.m. Washington, D.C. time on any Business Day ("Rate Setting Date"), a completed and executed Rate Form.
In the event that the person attending closing on behalf of the Title Insurance Company is an agent rather than an employee of the Title Insurance Company, such agent shall deliver to WMF at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Rate Setting Date an insured closing services letter in form and content satisfactory to WMF and WMF's Counsel.
