Request for Information: a request for Information or an apparent request under FOIA or EIR. Examples of RCUK SSC in a sentence

  • Nothing in the Contract creates any agency between the Supplier and either RCUK SSC or the Customer.

  • A person who is not a party to this Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it, except that RCUK SSC and any member of the RCUK SSC Group, Associated Bodies or Authorised Entities that derives benefit under this Contract may directly enforce or rely on any terms of this Contract.

  • Nothing in the Contract creates any partnership or joint venture, nor any relationship of employment, between the Supplier and either RCUK SSC or the Customer.

  • The Supplier shall not do anything or cause anything to be done, which may damage the reputation of RCUK SSC or the Customer or bring RCUK SSC or the Customer into disrepute.

  • Upon the return and/or cancellation of any Put Option guarantee letter or similar document issued by the Custodian in connection with such Put Option, the Custodian shall pay out of the moneys held for the account of such Series the total amount payable to the Clearing Member specified in the Certificate as set forth in such Certificate, and shall make the withdrawals specified in such Certificate.

  • RCUK SSC will not itself be a party to, nor have any liability under, the Contract unless it is expressly specified as Customer in the Order.

  • Neither RCUK SSC nor the Customer is in breach of the Contract, and neither RCUK SSC nor the Customer have any liability for anything, to the extent that the apparent breach or liability is attributable to the Supplier’s breach of the Contract.

  • The Supplier acknowledges that RCUK SSC or the Customer may be obliged under the FOIA or EIR to disclose Information, in some cases even where that Information is commercially sensitive: without consulting with the Supplier, or following consultation with the Supplier and having taken its views into account.

  • Furthermore, we decline to adopt certain commenters’ suggestions that we restrict the term “material change” to specific, pre-defined situations.
