  • If a R&D Services Provider requires any license or other rights to third-party Intellectual Property o r Technology in order to provide R&D Services , such R&D Services Provider shall notify the applicable R&D Services Recipients in writing as soon as practicable after such R&D Services Provider identifies such a requirement.
