RD&D Program definition

RD&D Program means (a) the American Centrifuge Cascade Demonstration Test Program (the “Demonstration Test Program”) funded pursuant to that certain Cooperative Agreement among the U.S. Department of Energy, the Issuer and American Centrifuge Demonstration, LLC, dated June 12, 2012, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time and (b) any successor program to the Demonstration Test Program however this program may be funded.
RD&D Program has the meaning set forth in paragraph 6(b)(vi) of this Agreement.

  • Marketing Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Flood Program means the National Flood Insurance Program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 and the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004, in each case as amended from time to time, and any successor statutes.
