Re-occupancy Permit definition

Re-occupancy Permit means permission or authorization in writing by the Building Inspector to re-occupy any Building or part thereof in respect of which the Building Inspector has issued an order to cease occupancy because of a hazardous condition;
Re-occupancy Permit means permission or authorization in the form attached as Schedule ‘F‘ to re-occupy any Building or part thereof in respect of which an order to cease occupancy because of a Hazardous Condition has been issued;
Re-occupancy Permit means permission or authorization in writing by the Chief Building Official to re-occupy any building or part thereof in respect of which the Chief Building Official has issued an order to cease occupancy because of a hazardous condition.

Re-occupancy Permit means written permission or authorization issued by the City’s Building Inspector to re-occupy any Building or part thereof in respect of which a “Do Not Occupy” order to cease occupancy has been issued because of a Hazardous Condition;

  • Occupancy Permit means a document authorizing the use of a development undertaken in accordance with a development permit issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
