Readily Realisable Investment definition

Readily Realisable Investment means an investment in shares or other securities that may be traded or otherwise realised for cash on a Recognised Investment Exchange;
Readily Realisable Investment shall have the meaning set out in the FCA Rules;

Readily Realisable Investment means either a packaged product (as defined in the FCA Rules), a government or public security denominated in the currency of the country of its issuer, or any other Securities which are admitted to official listing in UK and in an EEA State or is regularly traded on or under the rules of such an exchange or a designated exchange, or a newly issued security which can be expected to fall into any of the above categories;
Readily Realisable Investment means a unit in a Regulated Collective Investment Scheme, a “Life Policy” or any “Marketable Investment” other than one which is traded on or under the rules of an internationally recognised investment exchange so irregularly or infrequently:
Readily Realisable Investment. A government or public secu- rity denominated in the currency of the country of its issuer or any other security which is: admitted to an Exchange in an EEA State, regularly traded on or under the rules of such; or regu- larly traded on or under the rules of a recognised investment exchange or (except in relation to unsolicited real time xxxxx- cial promotions) designated investment exchange, or a newly issued security which can reasonably be expected to fall within the above categories when it begins to be traded. Note that this term does not include AIM or ICAP traded investments, nor does it include unlisted securities.
