DJJ Common Assessment – The Common Assessment, provided by WIN Learning, in partnership with Florida Ready to Work, is the common assessment to be used in DJJ Education program.
The Complainant began working as an intern at Ready to Work Aurora in mid- December 2018.
If the parties are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion within thirty (30) days of the date the United States notifies Ready to Work, the United States may institute a civil action in the appropriate U.S. District Court to enforce this Agreement and/or Title III of the ADA.

For any individual with OUD who has disclosed that condition to Ready to Work and is not admitted to the internship or residency program, Ready to Work shall provide an explanation, as well as documents (including, but not limited to, internal and external correspondence), indicating the reason.
Additionally, Ready to Work shall amend or remove any existing policies or statements that deny or limit treatment for individuals with OUD.
With project funding, SF-OFE will employ a full-time financial counselor specifically trained on the needs of Ready to Work grant clients, provide one-on- one counseling to 250 clients on site at job centers throughout the project region, and track results on savings, credit, and debt.
This Agreement, together with any outstanding equity award agreements referenced herein represent the entire agreement and understanding between the parties as to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to this Agreement and any equity award agreements.
In most cases ComplyWorks, will approve or deny the single use of either ComplyWorks or ComplyWorks Get Ready to Work logo(s) separately or together within five (5) days of receipt.
