Real Estate Collateral definition

Real Estate Collateral means each Borrowing Base Property owned by a Mortgagor that has been pledged or mortgaged to Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.
Real Estate Collateral means any Real Property subject to a Lien securing the Secured First Lien Obligations pursuant to a Mortgage and includes, for the avoidance of doubt, any “Trust Property” referred to in any Mortgage.

Real Estate Collateral collateral consisting of surface property interests, buildings, structures and similar improvements thereon, fixtures and personal property associated therewith and other items customarily associated with real estate secured financing.
