Real Estate Collateral definition

Real Estate Collateral means each Borrowing Base Property owned by a Mortgagor that has been pledged or mortgaged to Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.
Real Estate Collateral means any Real Property subject to a Lien securing the Secured First Lien Obligations pursuant to a Mortgage and includes, for the avoidance of doubt, any “Trust Property” referred to in any Mortgage.

More Definitions of Real Estate Collateral

Real Estate Collateral collateral consisting of surface property interests, buildings, structures and similar improvements thereon, fixtures and personal property associated therewith and other items customarily associated with real estate secured financing.
Real Estate Collateral means the Mortgaged Land and all other Collateral which is real property, as opposed to personal property, including any and all improvements located on the Mortgaged Land and all easements or other rights or interests benefiting the Mortgaged Land.
