Site boundary means that line beyond which the land or property is not owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by the licensee or registrant.
Natural Boundary means the visible high water mark, or bankfull width, of any lake, river, stream or other body of water where the presence and action of the water are so common and usual, and so long continued in all ordinary years, as to mark on the soil of the bed of the body of water a character distinct from that of its banks, in vegetation, as well as in the nature of the soil itself;
Urban growth boundary means an acknowledged urban growth boundary contained in a
boundary means any lateral or street boundary of a site;
Flood Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM means an official map of a community, issued by the FEMA, on which the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the floodways are delineated. This official map is a supplement to and shall be used in conjunction with the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
Surface waters of the state means perennial and seasonal streams, lakes, ponds, and tidal waters within the jurisdiction of the state, including all streams, lakes, or ponds bordering on the state, marshes, water courses, and other bodies of water, natural or artificial.
Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the rear lot line of the lot, or where there is no rear lot line, the junction point of the side lot lines, and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
Roadway means that portion of a highway improved, designed, or ordinarily used for vehicular
Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.
Surface waters means water on the surface of the ground where water does not usually accumulate in ordinary watercourses, lakes, or ponds. This includes any waterborne objects.
Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.
Driveway means improved land on a highway which provides vehicular access from the roadway to a laneway or a parking area on adjacent land.
Perimeter means the fenced or walled area of the institution that restrains the movement of the inmates.
Roads means streets, roads, and highways.
Building Area means the only area upon which the erection and use of buildings and structures shall be permitted but may include areas of Landscaped Open Space.
Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.
Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
Acre-foot – means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land one foot deep, or 325,851 gallons of water.
Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).
