REAs definition
REAs means those certain reciprocal easement agreements, covenants conditions and restrictions, and similar property-related agreements encumbering or otherwise affecting the Transferred Assets.
REAs means, collectively, those certain agreement(s) more particularly described on Schedule VII attached hereto and made a part hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
REAs means each construction, operation, and reciprocal easement agreements or similar agreements (including any separate agreements or other agreements between a Loan Party and one or more other parties to any REA with respect to such REA) affecting any Collateral Property or portion thereof, and “REA” means any one of the REAs.

REAs means, collectively, any “construction, operation and reciprocal easement agreement” or similar agreement (including any “separate agreement” or other agreement between Borrower and one or more other parties to an REA with respect to such REA) affecting any Individual Property or portion thereof, including, without limitation, all REAs as defined in the Security Instrument.
