Additional Disclosure Notification The form of notification to be included with any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure, Additional Form 10-K Disclosure or Form 8-K Disclosure Information which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit W.
Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.
DDA Notification has the meaning provided therefor in Section 6.13(a)(i).
Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.
Reasonable suspicion means a basis for forming a belief based on specific facts and rational inferences drawn from those facts.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Reasonable cause as used in this policy means an articulable belief based on specific facts and reasonable inferences drawn from those facts that an employee is more likely than not under the influence of controlled substances or alcohol or has used drugs or alcohol in violation of this policy. Circumstances which can constitute a basis for determining "reasonable cause" may include, but are not limited to:
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Reasonable assurance means a high degree of confidence that submitted data and statements are valid.
Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].
Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).
Statement of Additional Information means, respectively, the form of prospectus and statement of additional information with respect to the Fund filed by the Investment Company as part of the Registration Statement, or as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.
Reasonable Distance means a distance that has regard to the Employee’s original work location, current home address, capacity of the Employee to travel, additional travelling time, effects on the personal circumstances of the affected Employee, including family commitments and responsibilities and other matters raised by the Employee, or assistance provided by their Employer.
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Rollover Notification Date shall be defined as set forth in the Prospectus under "Summary of Essential Information."
Additional Disclosure As defined in Section 3.18(a)(v).
Notice of Account Designation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3(b).
Reasonable pupil means a pupil, including, but not limited to, an exceptional needs pupil, who exercises average care, skill, and judgment in conduct for a person of his or her age, or for a person of his or her age with his or her exceptional needs.
Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Reasonable grounds means that a reasonable person in your position would also suspect the information indicates misconduct or a breach of the law.
Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s October 27, 2022, letter to Ansible and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).
Reasonable payment means, with respect to professional and other technical services, a payment in an amount that is consistent with the amount normally paid for such services in the private sector.
