Receipt Quantity definition

Receipt Quantity means the volume of Gas received by MEP at the various Receipt Points on its System on which Fuel Gas or Unaccounted For Gas should be assessed pursuant to this Section 36. Separate Receipt Volumes shall be calculated for Zone 1, Zone 2 and for Interim Period Service. For purposes of the incremental Booster Compression fuel percentage, the Receipt Quantity shall mean all volumes received at the point(s) listed on Sheet Nos. 12 through 15 where Booster Compression applies.
Receipt Quantity means the quantity of Gas received by TIGER at the various Receipt Points on its System, net of quantities received as reimbursement for Fuel Gas, Lost and Unaccounted For Gas, and applicable Booster Compression Fuel. For purposes of incremental Booster Compression Fuel Reimbursement Percentage(s), the Receipt Quantity shall mean all quantities received at the point(s) where Booster Compression applies.
Receipt Quantity means the quantity of gas received by Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt for the account of Shipper.

Examples of Receipt Quantity in a sentence

  • If Shipper shall desire to tender to Company on any day beginning with Shipper's Billing Commencement Date, at any of Shipper's Points of Receipt, a quantity of gas in excess of Shipper's Daily Receipt Quantity for such Point of Receipt for such day, it shall notify Company of such desire.

  • Transporter shall not be obligated on any Day to accept gas in excess of the lesser of: (i) Shipper's Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity; or (ii) Shipper's Transportation Demand plus Retainage.

  • A Shipper's Maximum Receipt Quantity shall be a uniform quantity throughout the contract term, except that the Company may, on a not unduly discriminatory basis, agree to differing monthly amounts in the Shipper's Maximum Receipt Quantity during the term of Shipper's contract.

  • Transporter shall not be obligated on any Day to accept gas in excess of the lesser of: (i) Shipper's Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity; or (ii) Shipper's Transportation Quantity plus Retainage.

  • Shipper's Maximum Receipt Quantity and any differing amounts in the Maximum Receipt Quantity, as well as the period of such differing Maximum Receipt Quantity amounts, shall be specified in the executed Firm Backhaul Service Agreement.


More Definitions of Receipt Quantity

Receipt Quantity means the quantity, expressed in MCF of gas received by CCNG at the Point(s) of Receipt for the account of Producer.
Receipt Quantity means the aggregate quantity of gas, stated in dry MMBtu, received by Gatherer at the Receipt Point(s) less FL&U.
Receipt Quantity means in respect of any Day, the quantity of gas equal to the Authorized Receipt Quantity, net of the allowance for Fuel Gas, authorized by Terasen Gas for delivery to it by Westcoast at the Receipt Point on any such Day.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Volume Commitment means the volume of NGLs that a Committed Shipper has guaranteed to ship on the Pipeline pursuant to its TSA.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.
