Receipt Quantity definition

Receipt Quantity means the volume of Gas received by MEP at the various Receipt Points on its System on which Fuel Gas or Unaccounted For Gas should be assessed pursuant to this Section 36, net of volumes received as reimbursement for Fuel Gas and for Unaccounted For Gas. Separate Receipt Volumes shall be calculated for Zone 1, Zone 2 and for Interim Period Service. For purposes of the incremental Booster Compression fuel percentage, the Receipt Quantity shall mean all volumes received at the point(s) listed on Sheet Nos. 12 through 15 where Booster Compression applies.
Receipt Quantity means the quantity, expressed in MCF of gas received by CCNG at the Point(s) of Receipt for the account of Producer.
Receipt Quantity means the quantity of gas received by Transporter at the Point(s) of Receipt for the account of Shipper.

Examples of Receipt Quantity in a sentence

  • Transporter shall not be obligated on any Day to accept gas in excess of the lesser of (i) Shipper's Transportation Demand plus Retainage, or (ii) Shipper's Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity.

  • Shipper's Nominated Daily Delivery Quantity and Nominated Daily Receipt Quantity collectively are referred to as Shipper's "nominations".

More Definitions of Receipt Quantity

Receipt Quantity means the aggregate quantity of gas, stated in dry MMBtu, received by Gatherer at the Receipt Point(s) less FL&U.
Receipt Quantity means in respect of any Day, the quantity of gas equal to the Authorized Receipt Quantity, net of the allowance for Fuel Gas, authorized by Terasen Gas for delivery to it by Westcoast at the Receipt Point on any such Day.
Receipt Quantity means the quantity of Gas received by TIGER at the various Receipt Points on its System, net of quantities received as reimbursement for Fuel Gas, Lost and Unaccounted For Gas, and applicable Booster Compression Fuel. Related to Receipt Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Demand Bid:

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;
