Receivables Trustee definition

Receivables Trustee means NewDay Funding Receivables Trustee Ltd, in its capacity as trustee of the Receivables Trust pursuant to the terms of the Receivables Trust Deed and Servicing Agreement, and its permitted successors and any person appointed as a successor trustee, co-trustee or separate trustee of the Receivables Trust in accordance with the provisions of the Receivables Trust Deed and Servicing Agreement or by operation of law;
Receivables Trustee means The Bank of New York (Delaware), in its capacity as trustee under the Receivables Trust Agreement.
Receivables Trustee means LaSalle National Bank, a national banking association, in its capacity as trustee under the Pooling Agreement (as defined in the Receivables Purchase Agreement), and its successor and assigns.
