Recipient Operator definition

Recipient Operator means a licensee to whom a number/number block has been ported in and provides a service to a subscriber number after porting;
Recipient Operator is defined as the Operator in whose Network the ported number is after the Port has taken place.
Recipient Operator means an Access Provider who will be providing mobile telecommunication service to the subscriber after porting and includes his authorised agent;

Examples of Recipient Operator in a sentence

  • The case where a subscriber retains its originally assigned directory number when changing from one network Operator (Donor network; Donor Operator) to another (recipient network; Recipient Operator) and is not related to changing the nature of service nor the location.

  • The Donor Operator will continue to be invoiced for the Bitstream Services until the last day before the effective Migration date, whereas the invoicing of the Recipient Operator will start as from the day of said Migration.

  • POST Technologies shall in no case be held responsible by the Donor Operator for the implementation of a valid Migration request by the Recipient Operator and shall be kept free and harmless by both the Donor Operator and the Recipient Operator from any claims or damages in connection with the execution of aforementioned Migration request.
