Examples of Recipient Third Party in a sentence

  • Consultant agrees to hold Third Party Information in confidence and not to disclose to anyone (other than Company Group personnel who need to know such information in connection with their work for the Company Group) or to use, except in connection with Consultant’s work for Service Recipient, Third Party Information unless expressly authorized in writing by an officer of Service Recipient.

Related to Recipient Third Party

  • Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.

  • Disclosing Party means the Party disclosing Confidential Information to the Receiving Party.
